The hotel's location next to the train station is very convenient for those who want to use public transportation to get around. the staff was attentive and helpful, and the room was immaculately clean. the breakfast was of high quality and provided a wide range of options. the beautiful view from the balcony added to the overall positive experience.
The furniture in the shared areas was outdated and could use refurbishment.

The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a decent breakfast offered every morning. The location was convenient, being close to the train station and within walking distance of some good restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided useful information about the town and surrounding area.
The overall atmosphere was a bit lacking, and the decor was outdated. The building itself could use some updating and modernization.

The breakfast was good with options of seasonal fruits and the staff was helpful with carrying my luggage. The location was convenient as it was close to public transportation with a short ride to the nearby town. The hotel also offered a Bolzano card which was useful for exploring the area.
My experience at this hotel during my business trip was not pleasant. The room was not well-maintained and the cleanliness left something to be desired. I could not even open the window to get some fresh air due to a strong odor. Moreover, the Wi-Fi was barely working in the room, and the bed was not comfortable, making it difficult to have a good night's rest. I would not recommend this hotel for future business or leisure stays.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
